Hydro One Networks Inc., its successors and assigns, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, servants or shareholders shall not be liable to you for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, actions, costs, expenses or obligations of any nature or kind whatsoever including, without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential (including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues), punitive, special or exemplary damages whatsoever, that are in any way connected with, arising out of or related in any manner whatsoever, to the information contained in, retrieved from or linked to the Unregistered Easement Inquiries - Online site, and/or any use or inability to use such information.

You acknowledge and agree that the information obtained from the Unregistered Easement Inquiries - Online site is provided to you without prejudice to any interests Hydro One Networks Inc. might have on the subject property as may be visible on the land or which would be revealed by a search of title, or any further interests that may be protected by statute.
